The time has come at last for us to host a beast of an event with one of our favourite UK breweries, the mighty Beavertown Brewery and even more excitingly, the Tempus Project.
However, in the experimental spirit of the Tempus Project, this will be a double-headed event!
From 6-7pm we’ll be presenting a ticketed Whisky and Beer pairing, hosted by Tempus Project head brewer, Jonny, and CASC’s own Whisky maestro and bar manager, Dan Vegas.

From 7pm onwards we reopen our doors to the public for a Meet The Brewer event with Jonny and Lucy from Beavertown, with the following immense selection of beers on offer:

- BA Spresso – Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Espresso Stout - 10.5%

- Metamorph September 18 – Tempus IPA (El Dorado, Amarillo, BRU-1) – 6.4%

- Not Another Brett Saison - Dry-hopped sour saison – 4.7%
- Far from the Trees - Foudre Aged Golden Sour Aged on Apple -

- Deimos - Sherry Barrel Aged Weizendoppelbock – 8.4%
- Earl Phantom - Berliner Weisse with Earl Grey and Bergamot – 2.6%
- Ginger Stellar - Lime & Ginger Berliner Weisse – 2.7%
